Creating animated banner is always a challenging task. Client wants it to be animated (aka interesting movements) but yet the banner must be small in size. The trick here is to use as many solid colors as you can, plan your movement carefully and make sure you are using similiar family color. Avoid using gradient and shadows if your file exceeds the allowed file size. Keep your animation frames short and sweet.
